      2011年我司围绕铝搅拌摩擦焊技术在真空行业的应用上不断的研制改型，形成了自己的核心专利技术，可焊接壁厚100mm的铝合金腔体，在强度、材质密度、控制焊接变形、密封性、洁净度、真空度等方面均走在了行业前延。实验表明使用我司搅拌摩擦焊接技术可使焊接接头强度提高30%-50%，制造成本下降60%，制造周期缩短50%。产品质量经过10多年的验证稳定可靠，广泛应用于科研、光伏、半导体领域，已有诸多成熟案例。

         We have continuously developed and modified the application of aluminum Friction Stir Welding technology in the vacuum industry since 2011.
